Principal Technical Program Manager

MicrosoftRedmond, WA

About The Position

Are you passionate about building product solutions that help our customers strengthen their security posture, reach a measurable Good State, and become ready to operate at AI speed? Do you want to turn fragmented guidance into clear, prioritized, in-product actions that help customers identify, prioritize, and complete the highest-impact hardening actions across identity, devices, cloud, code, and data? Does Microsoft Security’s mission to make the world safer for everyone inspire you? Microsoft Security is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help drive delivery of the next generation of customer readiness experiences. This role sits at the center of our effort to build a single, cross-suite, measurable definition of Good State and turn it into an operating program that helps customers improve posture in weeks, not years. The role requires strong product leadership, deep cross-company collaboration, and a bias for action to translate strategy into integrated product outcomes that customers can deploy and operate at scale. Success in this role will depend on driving clear accountability across product teams, field, partner, and marketing channels, while helping ship the supporting systems customers need to reach and sustain Good State over a defined window.
