About The Position

As Technical Producers at Riot, we lead passionate technical teams and initiatives to create products and experiences that maximize developer and player value. We guide development, clear blockers, and help teams deliver in a sustainable way while creating a strong collaborative environment. As a Principal Technical Producer on Central Tech's Account Management team, you will co-lead the Duo-model engagement system alongside a senior technical counterpart, serving as the clear front door for Riot's internal customers. In this role, you will streamline customer demand into actionable priorities through structured rituals and decision-making, while reinforcing the Product Menu to minimize bespoke, reactive intake. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders, you will build a predictable, scalable engagement model that enhances roadmap alignment, maximizes visibility, and drives successful delivery across the organization.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Producer, Program Manager, Product Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting medium to large technical teams.

  • Strong ability to define and communicate plans, tradeoffs, and priorities across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including working with senior partners, navigating competing priorities, and maintaining trust through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Experience building or owning work systems that include planning cadences, tracking, reporting, decision-making rituals, and partner communications.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate customer goals, constraints, and dependencies into clear plans, priorities, and actionable work.
  • Lead roadmap alignment, prioritization, and tradeoff conversations so customer asks are grounded in strategic outcomes rather than reactive intake.

  • Ensure asks, commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions are captured in the appropriate systems and remain visible to customers and internal partners.
