About The Position

Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent engineer to bring its observability story to life for buyers, particularly SRE and platform engineering leaders. The role sits within Product Marketing and helps bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer understanding as Grafana expands from dashboards toward agentic observability. The position combines hands-on demo development, technical storytelling, customer-facing presentations, and sales enablement. They will serve as the technical liaison between Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering, equipping sellers with consistent messaging, talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo guidance. The role also contributes technical perspectives to buyer-focused content and channel strategy, and partners with software engineers to use automation and AI to make technical content and workflows more repeatable and scalable. This is a remote role in the US. The position requires interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10–12 weeks per year.
