Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in a technical client-facing role
  • Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Office and Outlook is a must
  • Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams - with the ability to break down complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with digital advertising technology

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages, and APIs is strongly preferred
  • Interest in serving as a mentor for the more junior TAMs across the team
  • Curiosity in learning new technologies, specifically around AI solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage the post-sale technical relationship for portfolio of accounts spanning across CPG client-direct advertisers.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to support engagements that require technical consultation.
  • Know our capabilities and differentiators to help the team identify opportunities to leverage them to solve business needs and support revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and define a framework for reporting progress with leadership.
  • Manage product prioritization, reflecting the business needs over time for TAM leadership.
  • Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions to be scaled across dedicated advertiser portfolio.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organizations.
