About The Position
This role involves leading cross-team coordination and prioritization to translate critical product and business requirements into technical roadmaps and designs. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement low-latency, highly scalable systems supporting thousands of concurrent advertisers and millions of customers. Responsibilities include coordinating development timelines across multiple large engineering organizations to meet strict deadlines, orchestrating technical implementations while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities, and interfacing with finance teams to manage and consolidate team budgets and resource requests. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional product leaders to drive execution of ambitious roadmap initiatives, serving as the team's representative across various organizational levels, and spearheading multi-year planning activities. Building and maintaining effective communication channels with diverse stakeholders and collaborators is also a key aspect of this position.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- One year of experience in software development.
- One year of experience in practical coding and development skills.
- One year of experience managing complex programs across diverse cross-functional teams.
- One year of experience with process development and implementation.
- One year of experience coordinating and optimizing release schedules.
- Domestic travel up to 25% may be required.
