About The Position

APEX TK is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering. The role involves technical engineering and integration for Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC), future concepts, new functionality, and multinational exchange designs. The engineer will provide interoperability expertise, support technical baselines, and evaluate integration products for current and future C3BM spiral builds.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• 12+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in STEM.
• Knowledge of C2BMC interoperability requirements or related experience.
• Proficiency in systems engineering and execution processes.
• Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.

Nice To Haves

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Government, prime contractor, subcontractor, and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts among MDA/DCC, DCC contractors, and MDS Elements.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications, requirements, and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations for future product integration into MDA/DCC spiral builds, using interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
• Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world testing, integration, and operations.
