About The Position

The Principal Systems Engineer will contribute to Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts, including Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multinational exchange designs. The role provides interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts. It also supports technical baselines and evaluates integration and interoperability products for current and future C3BM spiral builds.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• 12 or more years of experience.
• Master's degree in STEM.
• Knowledge of C2BMC interoperability requirements or related experience.
• Proficiency in systems engineering and execution processes.

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Government, prime contractor, subcontractor, and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/DCC, DCC contractors, and MDS Elements.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications, requirements, and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/DCC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
• Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
