About The Position

Make the world’s most advanced Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) even smarter! As a systems engineer for SWIS Integrated Product Team Lead, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and EAC development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success.
• Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions.
