About The Position

This role operates in a highly dynamic and is ideal for a high performer who thrives on solving hard problems, driving results, and continuously improving how we operate. You will partner closely with Program Management, Business Management, Contracts, Operations, and Global Supply Chain to ensure material readiness, support program schedules, and align supply chain execution with cost and contractual requirements. This position supports the Radar Advanced Product Families Operating Unit within the Global Mission Solutions Business Unit located in Baltimore, MD. This role requires on site presence multiple days a week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, operations an/or business, or Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, operations and/or business, or High school diploma or GED with at least 9+ years of experience in supply chain, contracts, operations and/ or business.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
SAP experience or other ERP systems.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Contract Award planning
Experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Control Account Manager (CAM) certification or equivalent internal qualification.
Experience with Federal and Defense contracting requirements, including ITAR, DOS licenses, FAR, and DFARS.
