Our N558 Department, focused on supporting NORAD/USNORTHCOM, USSOUTHCOM, and USTRATCOM, is currently seeking a creative Spectrum Systems Engineer, Operations Researcher, Analyst, or professional in a related engineering or STEM discipline to join our diverse team. This role will support combatant command missions and requires the ability to partner with senior Combatant Command sponsors, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and explain advanced electromagnetic spectrum engineering concepts to senior leaders with limited or no technical background. The position is expected to support an exciting variety of challenges across our sponsor base, including electromagnetic spectrum operations, cybersecurity analytics, network resiliency analysis, and operational and military utility analysis. We apply advanced analytic techniques such as agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, predictive modeling, mathematical modeling, machine learning, optimization, statistics, novel visualization, parametric and Bayesian analysis, and various types of simulation to solve the nation’s toughest problems.
