About The Position

The Principal Solution Architect will lead the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized platforms. This role involves collaborating with business and technology partners, as well as other solution architects, to ensure technical strategies align with AT&T’s business goals. The architect will define the components and interactions of the End-to-End Integrated Architecture, engage with customers and stakeholders to outline high-level solutions, and determine primary components and subsystems. Responsibilities include analyzing technical trade-offs, defining interfaces and collaborations, and establishing a shared technical and architectural vision for full solution alignment. The role also involves working with portfolio stakeholders, enterprise architects, system engineers, and development teams to align architectural direction, developing an incremental implementation strategy, and promoting the use of common technology, design practices, and infrastructure for consistency and reuse. A key aspect of this role is providing solutions for Sales and Service capabilities, requiring a strong understanding of Salesforce C360, Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM functions. The Principal Solution Architect will lead and influence cross-functional teams, applying experience with cloud and SaaS integrations, specifically performing cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electronic Engineering
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation
  • Leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Applying experience with cloud and SaaS integrations
  • Determining primary components and subsystems, analyzing technical trade-offs, and defining interfaces and collaborations
  • Leading the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized platforms
  • Performing cloud and SaaS integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of the architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized platforms.

  • Promote the use of common technology, design practices, and infrastructure to ensure consistency and facilitate reuse.
