About The Position

Zocks AI is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to serve as the senior technical authority in our go-to-market organization. Operating at the intersection of sales, product, and the customer's executive team, you will own the technical win for our largest and most strategic enterprise opportunities in Financial Services. This is a senior, high-visibility role for someone who has spent years architecting complex solutions for enterprise wealth management, banking, or insurance firms — and who knows how to translate deep technical and domain expertise into compelling business outcomes during the sales cycle. You will shape how prospects envision Zocks within their technology ecosystem, design the workflows that anchor seven-figure partnerships, and set the architectural standards the broader Solutions organization follows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in solution architecture, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, including 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales roles supporting six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Track record of leading technical evaluations, POCs, and pilots that convert to closed business at large enterprises.
  • Strong technical background in AI-driven industry transformation, with the ability to architect and communicate integration strategies across enterprise systems.
  • Deep Financial Services domain expertise, with hands-on fluency in the advisor technology stack — Salesforce and other CRMs, financial planning software, and custodial platforms.

  • Experience building or scaling a pre-sales / solutions engineering function at a high-growth company.
  • Experience monetizing professional services or solution offerings within Financial Services.
  • Understanding of the critical technology KPIs in wealth management, banking, and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Technical Win: Lead the technical sales motion for strategic enterprise opportunities: discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept execution, and pilot-to-production conversion.
  • Architect value-add workflows and integration strategies during the sales cycle that map Zocks capabilities directly to executive priorities and quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop win strategies, lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and security reviews, and de-risk complex evaluations.
  • Translate the customer's technical landscape — CRM, financial planning, custodial, and compliance systems — into credible, executive-ready solution architectures.
  • Executive Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Act as the industry subject matter expert in front of C-level and senior technology stakeholders at large enterprises, evangelizing the Zocks platform and the AI transformation of advisor workflows.
  • Represent Zocks at key industry events, conferences, and customer advisory boards as a recognized thought leader.
  • Develop the point-of-view content, reference architectures, and demonstration assets that elevate the entire field organization.
  • Shape Strategic Partnerships & Product Direction: Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer executives that extend beyond the initial sale, positioning Zocks as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Define the playbook of core advanced workflows that drive expansion, retention, and price-per-user growth across the enterprise segment.
  • Serve as the voice of the enterprise prospect to Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap priorities based on patterns observed across the most strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to expand Zocks' footprint across the advisor technology ecosystem, including ISV and platform partnerships.
