About The Position

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a motivated Principal Full-Stack Developer to support the Tradecraft Evolution mission. The developer will collaborate closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements for designing, developing, and deploying a production-ready Business Intelligence and data warehousing environment. This position is located in Fort Meade, MD, and supports one of ARSIEM's government clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 11-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Strong proficiency with object-oriented languages (Python, Java, and R).
Proficiency in cloud computing, data engineering, business intelligence, and AI/ML operations.
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
Active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SIGINT architectures.
Knowledge of Apache NiFi dataflows.
Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with customers to design, develop, deploy, and sustain a production-ready Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and advanced analytics environment leveraging Python, Java, R, and AWS cloud technologies.
Provision and configure AWS resources; implement enterprise data warehousing solutions; deploy and integrate Tableau and Power BI; develop core corporate dashboards and analytics; and enable advanced analytics, analytic watermarking, sandbox environments, and pilot initiatives.
Utilize expertise in SIGINT architecture and NiFi dataflows, along with advanced MLOps capabilities to industrialize AI models through Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and automated end-to-end pipelines.
Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) performance through advanced prompt engineering and integrate scalable, secure, and operationally effective AI solutions into the enterprise analytics ecosystem.
Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery, including creating APIs and business intelligence analytics.
