  • Experience leading and mentoring engineers and influencing teams beyond direct reporting relationships through collaboration and technical credibility.
  • Experience translating strategic product or AI objectives into secure platform designs and executable delivery plans.
  • Comfort with customer-facing work, including support, escalations, and resolving competing stakeholder perspectives.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to work effectively with Architecture, Security, Product, engineering leaders, customers, and junior engineers.

  • Ensure platform services meet security, availability, performance, and reliability requirements.
  • Partner with the Advantage Platform team to define and implement secure integration patterns between B2B and Advantage.
  • Define API contracts, authentication flows, authorization models, and tenant-context propagation across distributed systems.
  • Coordinate cross-platform design, implementation, testing, release readiness, and operational support for shared authentication capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 8 engineers, and provide technical guidance to other engineering groups.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, threat modeling, and operational readiness.
  • Promote secure coding practices and platform engineering discipline.
  • Lead development in an Agile, CI/CD environment emphasizing automation, testability, and observability.
