Principal Software Engineer

Validate with customers and glean insights to fail fast or get to proven adoption. Operate AI forward and hands on in everything you do and scale your influence. Requirements
- 10+ years of architecting and building world-class, large-scale commercial applications with a focus on external product impact.
- Expertise in distributed systems, data layers (OLTP/OLAP) and high-scale.
- Mastery of programming language paradigms, schema design, and the creation of robust, public-facing APIs that drive ecosystem growth.
- An innate ability to balance technical perfection with business impact, ensuring our engineering efforts move the needle for our customers' bottom lines.
Nice To Haves
- Deep technical background in Workflow Engines, Orchestration, and structured/unstructured data/document processing.
- Depth in building user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Propose, architect, and ship large-scale cloud services as if they were your own startup.
- Navigate complex technical trade-offs and drive consensus across stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication.
- Be the standard-bearer for the "dev inner loop" obsessing over quality, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Build agentic systems that solve real-world enterprise bottlenecks.
- Lead through influence and inspire a globally distributed team.
