Principal Software Engineer/Architect- PLM/Digital Engineering
About The Position
As a Principal Software Engineer – PLM & Digital Engineering, you will be responsible for understanding requirements/problem statements from Product Engineering, Systems Engineering, and extended functional groups to architect and deploy PLM extended solutions. This responsibility includes working closely with offshore/outsourced resources for application development, support, and optimization. You will own and lead the technical capability evaluation of PLM and extended applications that could potentially meet business requirements and develop architecture to onboard and integrate with other Honeywell on-premises plus cloud-hosted as applicable.
Requirements
- At least 8 plus years of experience in Teamcenter PLM solution and related tools.
- Experience in understanding requirements/problem statements from Product Engineering, Systems Engineering, and extended functional groups.
- Experience in working with offshore/outsourced resources for application development, support, and optimization.
- Experience in technical capability evaluation of PLM and extended applications.
- Experience in developing architecture for onboarding and integrating applications.
