About The Position

Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of application separation initiatives, ensuring uninterrupted business operations, strict adherence to Statements of Work (SOW), and audit-ready outcomes. This role serves as the single point of accountability for delivery strategy, execution, risk management, financial oversight, and TSA exit readiness.

Requirements

• Senior IT delivery leader with proven experience managing large-scale application portfolios in complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to deep dive into individual workstreams and proactively mitigate risks and issues
• Demonstrated experience in divestiture programs and application separation, including TSA execution and regulatory alignment
• Strong background in multi-vendor delivery models and SOW-driven engagements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align executive, business, and technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across all in-scope business domains (e.g., Finance, HR), ensuring aligned execution and outcomes
• Coordinate closely with domain leads, central governance teams, and third-party vendors to drive integrated delivery
• Ensure alignment with divestiture milestones and program timelines
• Manage vendors against SOW commitments, ensuring performance, accountability, and compliance
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Drive executive-level reporting, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and financials
• Enforce consistent delivery standards, governance frameworks, and controls across all workstreams
• Collaborate with Central PMO, Security, Architecture, Compliance teams, and external system integrators
