About The Position

Frontage Laboratories is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior/Principal Scientist to join our In Vitro ADME group. This is a laboratory-based position responsible for the development, execution, interpretation, and reporting of a broad range of in vitro ADME studies supporting drug discovery and IND-enabling programs.

Requirements

Ph.D. or MS degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related discipline with more than 5 years of relevant industry experience
Strong hands-on experience with multiple in vitro ADME assays.
Strong troubleshooting and laboratory problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Nice To Haves

Extensive experience with LC-MS/MS-based quantitative bioanalysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, perform, troubleshoot, and interpret a broad range of in vitro ADME studies including metabolic stability, CYP inhibition, time-dependent inhibition (TDI), CYP induction, reaction phenotyping, enzyme kinetics, plasma protein binding, blood-to-plasma partitioning, tissue binding, using LC-MS/MS-based analytical methods.
Independently conduct routine and complex ADME assays while ensuring high-quality data generation and timely project completion.
Perform sample preparation, LC-MS/MS analysis, data processing, and result interpretation.
Prepare study protocols, technical reports, and scientific summaries.
Troubleshoot experimental and analytical challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and laboratory safety requirements.
Support client discussions by providing scientific expertise in study design and data interpretation.
