  • Experience in pharmaceutical product development, CMC development, process development, analytical development, manufacturing, regulatory dossier preparation, clinical supply, or related life sciences environments
  • Familiarity with regulated (GxP) or standards-driven environments and the implications of data quality, traceability, reproducibility, documentation, and model governance for applied data science work.
  • Exposure to developing and/or deploying agent-based AI solutions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior hands-on individual contributor responsible for personally designing, coding, testing, validating, and refining applied AI/ML models for high-value TDS use cases.
  • Translate complex scientific and business questions into tractable modeling problems, selecting fit-for-purpose methods based on the data, decision context, assumptions, and expected business impact.
  • Conduct rigorous exploratory analysis, feature engineering, diagnostics, error analysis, sensitivity analysis, and uncertainty assessment to ensure models are credible, robust, and actionable.
  • Develop robust, reusable analytical workflows and modeling assets using Python and modern data science tooling, including cloud-based services.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including version control, modular code design, testing, documentation, reproducibility, and code review.
  • Use modern development environments, including AI-assisted coding tools where appropriate, to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, transparency, and maintainability.
  • Engage with scientific, technical, and operations stakeholders to understand requirements, design data and AI/ML solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities and delivering maximum business value across the TDS network.
