About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards. Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis. Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team. Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity. Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards. Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Your contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques. Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP MM workstream for implementation, upgrade, and support projects, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with key business users.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP MM processes, including but not limited to: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, Inventory Management (IM), Invoice Verification (LIV), Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, Purchasing (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts, etc.), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Valuation and Account Determination, Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP MM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective SAP solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, PP, FICO, EWM) to ensure seamless integration and business process flow.
  • Work closely with ABAP developers to validate technical designs and ensure the final solution meets functional requirements.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP system.
