About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards. Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis. Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team. Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity. Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards. Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Your contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques. Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations. Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Requirements

  • SAP FICO implementation and support experience, with a minimum of 3 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules including: General Ledger (New GL) – parallel ledgers, document splitting, ledger-specific postings; Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) – payment runs, dunning, credit management; Asset Accounting (AA) – depreciation areas, parallel valuation, S/4 migration; Bank Accounting – house banks, payment methods, electronic bank statement (EBS) configuration; Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) – cash management, liquidity planning
  • Proficiency in SAP Controlling (CO) including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA); Product Costing (PC) – cost estimates, manufacturing orders, WIP, variance analysis; Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) – costing-based and account-based CO-PA; Material Ledger / Actual Costing
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance (CeFi) and financial consolidation scenarios.
  • Experience with Fiori Apps for Finance, embedded analytics, and real-time financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of integration touchpoints with MM (procure-to-pay), SD (order-to-cash), PP (production), and HCM payroll.
  • Experience with IFRS/US GAAP accounting standards and their SAP configuration implications.
  • Ability to perform Business Blueprint / Solution Design workshops and prepare Functional Specification documents.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA migration tools – SUM, SPDD/SPAU, and system conversion methodology.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • Experience of at least 3 end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities including: Requirement gathering & Business process design; SAP configuration & RICEFW Functional design; System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Cut-over planning, Go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with advanced Excel-based data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams.
