Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Data Analytics
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, including translating complex data into strategic risk insights
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Legal within the financial services industry
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Data Analytics
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using data technical stacks (such as Python, R, Spark, or SQL) to automate risk reporting or analyze large datasets
- Professional certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean, or Six Sigma
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change
- At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Legal within the financial services industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project or Process Management
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational risk management framework, internal controls, and compliance monitoring specifically for PULSE Operations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks across complex business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, product managers, and business leaders to drive continuous process improvements and elevate risk maturity.
- Design and implement robust control mechanisms and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to proactively detect and neutralize operational vulnerabilities.
- Lead rigorous risk assessments and audit remediation efforts, ensuring flawless alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage advanced data analysis to uncover underlying trends, thoroughly analyze risk events, and deliver actionable, strategic insights to senior leadership.
