This role leads real estate transactions from end to end, managing negotiations, acquisitions, and complex site evaluations. You drive deal flow—structuring terms, partnering across functions, assessing risk, and ensuring the organization secures the right sites at the right time. You handle multifaceted real estate scenarios with autonomy, speed, and strategic judgment. The Principal - Real Estate Portfolio & Strategy is the enterprise's expert steward of portfolio governance, data integrity, analytics, and key date visibility, maintaining the standards and systems that keep Stanford Medicine's real estate portfolio accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. Operating with broad independence, the Principal oversees the Real Estate Database, leads enterprise reporting and Board preparation, and provides authoritative insights that support leadership decision-making.
