About The Position
This position provides opportunities for Engineering Leadership on existing and new high power density motor and generator systems programs. Responsibilities will include managing programs w/ budgets >$3M/year including planning, execution, and reporting to Internal & External Customers. In addition, the selected candidate will work with Army, Airforce, Navy, DARPA and other customers to seek & bid for new technologies and product development opportunities that are aligned with Honeywell’s strategic plans.
Requirements
- Engineering Leadership experience
- Experience managing programs with budgets >$3M/year
- Experience in planning, execution, and reporting for programs
- Experience working with government customers (Army, Airforce, Navy, DARPA)
- Experience seeking and bidding for new technologies and product development opportunities
