Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist
About The Position
As a Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist, you will lead and manage projects in our RF/Radar team in Advanced Tech performing engineering design and manage project proposal efforts. As a proactive Project Manager, you will partner closely with research teams and stakeholders to independently manage projects from proposal through delivery. This role drives operational excellence through disciplined execution, fiscal accountability, and strategic value driven mindset that ensures research work delivers measurable business impact. The Lead technical project engineer serves as a primary liaison between internal customers and the engineering research team. This role independently manages projects from intake through closure, ensuring creative deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a proactive, organized professional who can connect projects across the portfolio, identify workflow efficiencies, and uphold strong data accuracy and fiscal accountability standards. As a project lead, you will partner closely with Honeywell businesses, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
