About The Position
As a Principal Project Manager on the Card Partnerships Acquisitions Credit Team, you will join a talented group dedicated to our acquisitions strategy. This role directly supports key business objectives by bringing new intent to market, enhancing execution processes, and coordinating monitoring shareouts for senior leadership. Success in this role requires a meticulous approach, the ability to connect insights across teams and platforms, and effective partnership with cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Tech Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree
- 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with partner teams, leveraging relationships to drive outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Own and lead implementation projects across the Acquisitions strategy.
- Facilitate and coordinate monthly and quarterly monitoring shareouts to senior leadership.
- Utilize technology and AI to automate and reduce manual processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation while driving continuous process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply a "Well Managed" approach to tools and documented processes to ensure high-quality analysis and results.
