About The Position
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Center Delivery Organization is searching for a Principal Project Controls Lead to support delivery of OCI’s Abilene AI Data Center. This role manages project controls across schedule, cost, risk, procurement readiness, logistics visibility, and delivery performance. The Principal Project Controls Lead will partner with delivery teams, construction partners, suppliers, logistics providers, manufacturing partners, and leadership to improve project predictability, identify critical-path risks, and provide clear, actionable reporting. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project controls professional who can translate project data into practical, field-informed insights. Success in this role will be measured by improved project visibility, reporting accuracy, schedule predictability, risk escalation, mitigation follow-through, and cross-functional alignment. The role is based in Abilene, Texas. Oracle offers relocation packages to eligible candidates. May consider remote flexibility for candidates located in the DFW area.
