About The Position

This role provides integrated cost, schedule, and performance management support for the Owner/Operator‑side scopes on the Titan Decommissioning Project, specifically for Operations and Wells. This position ensures accurate cost stewardship, forecasting, schedule alignment, and performance reporting across all owner‑controlled activities. The role works closely with Equinor Operations, Wells, and Worley Project Controls to support safe, predictable, and compliant delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience in project controls, cost management, planning/scheduling, or a related project management discipline, preferably within the energy, oil & gas, offshore, or decommissioning sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cost management, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting on complex projects.
  • Strong experience with project scheduling and schedule integration, including development, maintenance, progress measurement, and identification of cost and schedule impacts.
  • Experience working within an Owner/Operator environment and collaborating with engineering, operations, wells, construction, and project execution teams.
  • Working knowledge of project controls systems and tools; experience with EcoSys and integrated cost/schedule reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with change management, risk and opportunity management, commitments, variations, and commercial interfaces.
  • Understanding of project financial governance, cost coding structures, forecasting methodologies, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Ability to identify emerging cost, schedule, and performance risks and communicate impacts clearly to project stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting offshore execution, readiness activities, permitting, logistics, SIMOPS, ORR/TRR planning, or other execution interfaces is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across Owner, contractor, and project controls teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a project environment with multiple interfaces, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with integrated project controls and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for the Titan project.
  • Ensure cost management aligns with Owner financial governance, cost coding, and reporting requirements.
  • Update cost baselines and cost performance dashboards for owner‑controlled activities.
  • Update EcoSys with Commitment log detail for the Titan project.
  • Consolidate cost and schedule data for monthly project reporting.
  • Support development and maintenance of Equinor schedules, ensuring integration with the Master Control Schedule (MCS), coordinating with the MCS Planner.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Wells to capture cost/schedule impacts from readiness, permitting, logistics, and offshore activities.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with key milestones, ORR/TRR planning, and offshore execution windows.
  • Support SIMOPS activities and ensure interfaces are adequately reflected in the schedule.
  • Support monthly performance reporting including trends, deviations, progress alignment, and financial health indicators.
  • Ensure early identification of emerging cost or schedule risks within Equinor scopes.
  • Maintain project staffing plan.
  • Track schedule impacts of changes arising from Owner activities; ensure cost specialist is tracking.
  • Coordinate with the Owner to ensure risks and opportunities are captured, costed, and reflected in forecasts.
  • Support evaluation of Owner variations, third‑party charges, and interface impacts.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of Owner-related cost and schedule data.
  • Support internal/external audits, assurance reviews, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Engage with Owner stakeholders, Worley Project Controls, and execution teams to maintain alignment and transparency.
