About The Position

The Principal Program Manager will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, strategic programs supporting the development and implementation of company products, services, or platforms. Lead cross-functional and departmental teams responsible for delivering new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical strategy, and customer needs. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets while driving execution from initiation through successful delivery. Coordinate and influence interdepartmental activities across engineering, product management, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational priorities. Identify and proactively mitigate risks, resolve complex issues, and communicate program status to executive leadership. Provide leadership and technical expertise in the development of new products, services, and processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommend and drive significant improvements to existing products, services, and operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and business impact. Mentor program managers and project teams, providing guidance, technical support, and direction to ensure successful program execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
  • 8+ years’ experience developing and implementing strategy, then executing against, large cross cutting programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
  • Technology background that enables understanding of the complexities of cloud architecture.
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well with senior leaders within all of Oracle (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives.
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution.
  • Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and SW stack.
  • Experience in a customer facing role in a tech company.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI and HPC end customers is a big plus.

  • Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
