This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As a founding member of our Talent Acquisition Program Manager Team, you'll play a meaningful role in this vision by leading sophisticated, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact our most ambitious space programs. You will establish governance frameworks, drive process excellence across business units, and serve as a trusted business partner to leadership while articulating clear program vision and implementing data-driven talent strategies. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams globally, strategic thinking to align talent programs with Blue Origin's mission, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders—positioning Blue Origin as the world-class destination for aerospace talent and advancing humanity's journey to space!

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading enterprise or business unit scale programs with measurable organizational impact
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives transforming talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite to influence organizational direction
  • Experience leading change management initiatives across global teams
  • Deep expertise in strategic resource planning and program optimization
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Applicants for employment at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing, vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

  • Optimize resource allocation across competing priorities with data-driven decision making
  • Establish program management centers of excellence while developing future talent
  • Lead organizational capability building in process excellence methodologies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographic boundaries to drive cohesive program implementation
  • Architect innovative ways to fundamentally reshape talent acquisition on a global scale
  • Pioneer advanced analytics and predictive modeling to drive strategic talent decisions
