About The Position
One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Principal Program Manager/Engineering Manager to drive complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-product technology & automation projects. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with over 75 cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management and as an Engineering Manager.
- Extremely strong hands-on technical experience in development and test automation as an Engineering Manager/Lead.
- Expert and extremely proficient in Project Plan, Dependencies, Risk & Issue Management, Negotiation, Leadership Alignment Update.
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Very Hard Working/Energetic/Dedicated.
- Able to navigate through 75+ Cross Functional Teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-product technology & automation projects.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Align leadership and provide regular updates.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ownership and a strong work ethic.
