Responsibilities

  • Direct program charter creation and communication to establish mission, key performance indicators, and stakeholder engagement for successful program execution
  • Define program scope, develop roadmaps and schedules, and oversee budget management to align with strategic priorities and control scope changes
  • Identify and communicate risks across projects, providing mitigation strategies and escalation support to senior leadership for issue resolution
  • Lead budget planning and quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet business needs and maintain project standards
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork by managing program resources, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with technical leaders
  • Implement process controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards, manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
