Responsibilities

Direct program charter creation and communication to establish mission, key performance indicators, and stakeholder engagement for successful program execution
Define program scope, develop roadmaps and schedules, and oversee budget management to align with strategic priorities and control scope changes
Identify and communicate risks across projects, providing mitigation strategies and escalation support to senior leadership for issue resolution
Lead budget planning and quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet business needs and maintain project standards
Foster cross-functional teamwork by managing program resources, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with technical leaders
Implement process controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards, manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
