About The Position

The Air Dominance Business Office within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an experienced financial Earned Value (EV) Analyst to lead financial execution and earned value management for the AMRAAM D4/C9 Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Contract. This role involves managing a 52-month effort supporting modernization and redesign of critical AMRAAM subsystems. The position requires Contractual EV Management, implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite. The Finance EV lead will act as a critical business partner, providing analysis, insight, and guidance for strategic decision-making and achieving bottom-line results. This is a high-visibility portfolio with significant complexities, offering the opportunity to influence decisions with direct P&L implications. The ideal candidate will partner with program leadership and cross-functional partners (PMO, supply chain, contracts, engineering, security, USG, etc.) to drive execution and influence change. Familiarity with or eagerness to gain experience in the financial lifecycle from proposal to contract close-out is desired. The role also emphasizes spreading knowledge and influencing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management.
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions.
  • Develop, present, and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
  • Baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking.
  • Support related financial forecasting for the portfolio.
  • Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred.
  • Provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders, and the customer community.
  • Foster relationships that improve execution implementation.
  • Partner successfully and drive influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy.
