About The Position

OCI Community Relations is growing alongside Oracle's expanding data center portfolio, creating new opportunities to build trusted relationships in the communities where we operate. We're looking for a Program Manager who can support strategic Community Relations engagements and events with the rigor, judgment, and polish required for high-visibility work. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of Community Relations event programs that support AI data center initiatives, community engagement, and stakeholder relationships across priority markets. You'll lead planning and execution for local and regional events, including select executive engagements attended by Oracle's senior leadership. You will help build a consistent, repeatable event program for Community Relations, improving coordination across internal partners and ensuring each engagement supports the broader team strategy. Your work will help strengthen community trust, support business priorities, and deliver a high-quality experience for community members, customers, partners, and executives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and skilled at turning complex events and engagements into clear plans, coordinated execution, and high-quality experiences. Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.
