About The Position

The Principal Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Principal Product Owner provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience.
The Principal Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies. Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, andas an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, in some instances a Master’s or Doctorate’s degree
• 10+ years of technical experience, or equivalent
• 2-5 years of project/people leadership
• Self-provided internet service with at minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps
• Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
