Requirements

12+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong record in creative tools, SaaS, or AI products.
Experience leading launches end-to-end.
Ability to move fluidly between strategic positioning and hands-on execution.
Sharp instincts for translating complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value for users.
Understanding of how to position GenAI features competitively, including making smart calls on packaging and monetization.
Ability to partner credibly with R&D and influence product direction.
Strong storytelling skills.
Deep curiosity about how AI reshapes creative workflows.
Proficiency in modern GTM motions like community, creator marketing, and product-led growth.

Responsibilities

Take charge of the full marketing strategy for InDesign, overseeing both inbound product marketing and outbound go-to-market efforts.
Work closely with R&D to develop the AI and GenAI roadmap — setting positioning for intelligent layout, generative creation, and assisted workflows.
Manage launch strategy, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-channel storytelling.
Coordinate with Pricing, Creative Cloud leadership, and channel partners to grow adoption, increase monetization of premium AI features, and position InDesign as the intelligent layout and publishing platform for the future of design.
