The Opportunity We are seeking a strategically minded individual to drive the offer and pricing strategy for Adobe’s Enterprise Creative Cloud offerings. In this role, you will shape the structure and positioning of our enterprise solutions for Adobe’s largest customers. You’ll define the target audience and determine the right mix of products, features, services, and entitlements for each offering. Crafting compelling offers that meet the evolving needs of our customers is a core element of Adobe’s Digital Media business. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. By applying strong business sense and partnering with cross-functional teams, you will develop a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and the competitive landscape. Your work will ensure Adobe’s Creative Cloud for Enterprise solutions deliver exceptional value to large organizations — helping them empower teams, streamline workflows, and create world-class content that drives engagement and measurable business outcomes. Ultimately, you will position Adobe as the trusted partner for enterprises seeking scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing or a related strategic marketing role, ideally in creative or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven experience developing pricing and packaging strategies and successfully bringing them to market in a complex matrixed organization.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into compelling, customer-facing messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps using customer insights and data-driven analysis.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of making sound decisions with incomplete data; ability to assess trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and maintain a bias for action.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving complex initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • BA/BS Degree preferred OR 10 years of experience OR equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Creative Cloud solutions and creative workflows is a plus.
  • MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Enterprise Offer and Pricing Strategy: Define the overarching strategy for how we bring our Enterprise products, features, and technologies to market. This includes setting a long-term vision and launching updates to our Creative Cloud Enterprise Offers.
  • Deeply Understand Enterprise Customers: Lead customer and market research to identify audience needs, prioritize use cases, inform strategy, and guide product roadmaps—while championing the voice of the end user and other key customers.
  • Champion the needs of Creative Professionals and Creative teams in large Enterprises: Serve as the voice of the Enterprise customer, helping internal teams understand their complex and nuanced needs.
  • Lead with Influence: Act as a change agent across a matrixed organization—aligning GTM, Growth, Digital, Channel, Analytics, Finance, and more—to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and critical initiatives.
  • Drive Global Business Impact: Identify and advocate for lineup optimizations in for Adobe’s enterprise business in key strategy regions. Design and test regional offers tailored to local customer needs and price sensitivities.
  • Influence the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with product teams across Adobe to develop new products and capabilities that address the unique needs of creative professionals, business owners, IT admins, procurement managers, and creative directors in Enterprise organizations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Regularly engage with VP-level and executive leadership to deliver insights, propose lineup changes, and guide product investment decisions.
