About The Position
Owns a high-impact, cross-functional product domain and guides both strategic direction and tactical execution. Act as a product leader, aligning teams, coaching peers, and influencing executive stakeholders. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives. Requirements
- Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors in Marketing, Technology, Business or Related
- Minimum - 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
- 10 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within [specific domain] (In Lieu of Education)

- Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Responsibilities
- Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for high-priority, complex product areas based on stakeholder needs and business benefits.
- Drive alignment across development, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
- Use data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses through experimentation and analysis.
- Deliver measurable impact through well-executed product launches and continuous iteration.
- Translate market and customer insights into a compelling roadmap and actionable plans.
- Represent the voice of the customer at every stage of product development.
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to company-wide product direction and prioritization.
- Serve as a thought leader within the product organization and mentor other product managers.
