Combined with myAbode's transaction processing platform handling 30,000+ deals a year across thousands of agents, we sit at the centre of Canadian real estate. We're building for the person who just found their dream home at midnight and doesn't know what happens next. Our marketplace engine connects that moment of pure intent to the right agent, instantly and intelligently. We need a Product Manager whose decisions will directly shape how Canadians move through the biggest decision of their lives. We're looking for a Product Manager who has been in the trenches, someone who has written code, shipped products, and knows what it feels like to own an outcome from zero to one. You think commercially, move fast, and stay obsessively close to users. You don't just understand what people want, you understand why they want it, and you build for that. You'll be joining a small, senior team built around a simple idea: own the outcome. People who innovate with passion, stay agile when things change, and measure themselves by impact, not hours. Our job is to connect them to the right agents, intelligently and seamlessly, in a way that matches the magnitude of the decision they're making. Requirements

  • An entrepreneur at heart. Whether you've founded something, been an early hire at a startup, or built products from scratch, you know what it feels like to own an outcome from zero to one
  • A visionary who can see around corners. You spot what's missing, imagine what's possible, and move the people around you toward it
  • Someone with strong opinions, loosely held. You know how to do this well, you'll tell them why, and you'll change your mind when the data says to
  • Obsessively curious about users and passionate about the experience you create for them. You don't just read the data, you talk to people, you listen hard, and you build for what you find
  • AI fluent. You've shipped AI powered features in production, not just prototyped them. You understand where intelligence adds real value and you know how to bring it into a product thoughtfully
  • A systems thinker. You see how the pieces connect and you build for the whole, not just the feature in front of you
  • Commercially sharp. You understand how products create value, where markets are underdeveloped, and what it takes to find the next big thing
  • An exceptional communicator. You make complex ideas land with engineers and non-engineers alike, and you rally a team around a vision
  • Someone who elevates the people around them. Through sharp feedback, clear thinking, and leading by example
  • Someone who measures themselves by impact, not output
  • Experience shipping products in a startup or high growth environment
  • A technical background, whether that's a CS degree, years of engineering experience, or a portfolio of things you've built yourself
  • The ability to own a system end to end. You can design it, understand how it's built, deploy it, and know when something is wrong before anyone else does
  • Familiarity with data. SQL, product analytics, whatever it takes to answer a hard question without waiting for help
  • Hands on experience building or deploying AI powered products

Responsibilities

  • Own a product ecosystem that spans it all. CRM, marketplace, admin dashboard, mobile apps. You'll understand how they connect, where they break down, and what it takes to make the whole thing sing
  • Keep your finger on the pulse. You'll know how agents and brokerages are performing on the platform before anyone else does. You'll spot the trends, understand the shifts, and turn what you find into action
  • Stay obsessively close to users. Buyers, sellers, agents, brokerage owners. You'll talk to them constantly and turn what you hear into product decisions that actually move the needle
  • Dig into the data. You don't wait for someone to pull a report. You write the query, find the pattern, and bring the insight to the table
  • Find what we're missing. You'll identify the gaps, the opportunities, and the next big thing before it becomes obvious to everyone else
  • Bring AI into everything. You'll think about where intelligence can be embedded into the product to make the marketplace smarter, faster, and more valuable for everyone on the platform
  • Set the context that unlocks great decisions. You're the person who knows the why behind what the team is building, and you make sure that clarity travels
