About The Position

The AI Economy Team at Microsoft is building infrastructure that enables AI to discover, understand, and interact with information, including through WebIQ, which connects AI systems with fresh and relevant information beyond what is contained in their models. The Principal Product Manager will help define and drive the next phase of this work by connecting opportunities across organizational and technical boundaries and translating them into products that deliver customer value. This role works across a highly cross-functional environment with product, engineering, business, and partner leaders. The product manager will identify opportunities, shape product direction, establish platform-level requirements, and help bring complex capabilities to market. Work may involve leading directly in some areas and influencing, connecting, and enabling others in different areas. The role calls for a product leader comfortable with ambiguity who can move between strategy and execution, applying product judgment, technical depth, business acumen, and influence across organizational boundaries. AI Experiences employees living within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft Hub in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
