Principal Product Manager, PSA Liquidity Platform

Collectors
•$190,000 - $300,000

About The Position

Collectors is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the PSA Liquidity product suite, including PSA Partner Offers and the eBay Consignment platform. PSA Partner Offers is a first-party marketplace that sources offers from a network of buyers and presents targeted instant offers to grading and vault customers. The eBay consignment business enables customers to sell on eBay while Collectors manages fulfillment as eBay's official vault partner. The role owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end buyer and seller experiences, working with a cross-functional team spanning business, engineering, design, and data to connect supply and demand. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual-contributor position reporting to the VP of Product for Marketplace. Candidates may work in office, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement; those who live within a one-hour commute of an office are expected to be onsite most of the time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Track record of shipping and scaling 0-to-1 products with measurable business impact.
  • Senior individual-contributor experience at a high-growth company or scaled consumer platform.
  • Experience with targeting, ranking, pricing, and supply/demand matching systems.
  • Experience with two-sided platforms and understanding of the levers that affect liquidity, conversion, and GMV.
  • Expertise in instrumentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Ability to work through multi-system flows, including payments, logistics, and risk, and turn them into intuitive customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, including aligning executives, engineering leads, and external partners without direct authority.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, self-directed environment.
