We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Specialist within the Take Off Team. In this role, you will join a team of dedicated product professionals who support the Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud product suite. You will specialize in Zscaler Microsegmentation and learn all aspects of how to apply this knowledge to solve customer problems. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that supports a set of emerging products on a strong upward trajectory.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of product management experience, with significant focus on secure access and/or cybersecurity
  • Strong technical foundation in public cloud and network security technologies
  • Proven experience writing high-quality product requirements and driving end-to-end product delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results through influence

  • Proven track record contributing to the success of a cloud security technology
  • Proven track record contributing to the success a microsegmentation technology

Responsibilities

  • Work with other members of the product team to define and prioritize feature requirements
  • Partner with GTM to build effective, repeatable, sales strategies
  • Evangelize the product to internal and external stakeholders, including, but not limited to, sales trainings, Executive Briefing Center presentations, and writing product reference materials
  • Travel to, speak at, and support industry trade shows
  • Train pre-sales and post-sales partners
