Drive automation and platform modernization for HR Investigations at Amazon—helping transform how workplace concerns are reported, triaged, investigated, and resolved for 1.8 million Amazonians. As a Senior Product Manager - Tech in our HR Experience Tech (HRXT) team, you’ll lead product delivery for AI-powered automation initiatives and the migration of Investigations case management from legacy Salesforce infrastructure to Amazon’s modern platform—positioning the Investigations technology stack for convergence with Service Central, our next-generation AI-first HR platform. This is an opportunity to shape how Amazon applies AI and automation to one of HR’s most complex and sensitive domains. HR Investigations handles 250,000+ workplace concerns annually across operations and corporate populations—spanning policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and ethics matters. You’ll work across the full investigations lifecycle, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve quality and consistency, accelerate resolution, and enable investigators to focus on the judgment-intensive work that matters most. You’ll work across a technology stack spanning case management, conversational AI, intelligent classification and routing, transcription and NLP, content management, and unified employee data platforms—coordinating across these systems to deliver end-to-end automation that maintains the high bar for accuracy, fairness, and confidentiality that workplace investigations demand. You’ll partner with Employee Relations leaders, legal and compliance stakeholders, engineering teams, and ML scientists to navigate the unique constraints of investigations technology while building the systems and processes that make investigations faster, more consistent, and more scalable. This role requires someone who can deliver immediate value through automation of current-state workflows while simultaneously supporting the platform migration from Salesforce (EXACT) to PXT CMS our own 1P build case management infrastructure.
