About The Position

OfferUp is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead its Local Business product portfolio, which includes Storefronts and Motors. This role focuses on B2B product strategy and revenue growth, aiming to shape how local businesses connect with customers on OfferUp. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the Bellevue, WA office. The ideal candidate will have strong product instincts, a data-driven approach, and the ability to translate ambiguity into business results.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across large, complex organizations.
Natural leader, comfortable juggling multiple projects and driving them to completion.
Problem solver with a history of finding creative, simple solutions to complex situations.
Great communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Data-informed, with a love for digging into data, setting measurable goals, tracking metrics, and using evidence to shape decisions.

Nice To Haves

Experience building B2B or SMB-facing products, particularly self-serve or product-led growth motions.
Background in two-sided marketplaces (e.g., classifieds, e-commerce, automotive, or on-demand platforms).

Responsibilities

Drive business outcomes at scale by setting strategy and executing for product lines generating over $20M in annual revenue.
Grow a product-led growth engine by scaling the self-serve acquisition flywheel for new business customers.
Drive the next phase of development for the OfferUp Business Portal, the centralized operations hub for business customers.
Lead and partner with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, B2B Marketing, and Ads.
Own and maintain a roadmap that balances near-term revenue impact with longer-term platform investment.
Be a key voice in influencing company strategy with leadership, backing ideas with clear reasoning.
Run experiments (A/B testing) to gather insights and continuously improve the platform.
Leverage AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to accelerate development and deliver results.
