About The Position
The Opportunity Adobe Stock just launched a revamped experience unlocked by powerful GenAI capabilities. With that, the team is seeking a data driven, customer centric Principal Product Manager to enhance the value of the AI Studio experience. You will identify customer needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class experiences that help customers find the content they need faster and easier than before! You will evaluate and bring existing generative capabilities to AI Studio, as well as influence cross Adobe teams to build what our customers need when it doesn't yet exist.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience for a consumer-facing digital/software product.
- Consistent track record of collaboration, experience shipping numerous high-value features for consumer web or mobile apps.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to help drive consensus and forward motion.
- Natural tendencies include planning long term and delivering short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years experience working on Generative AI features.
- Experience presenting to and influencing Sr. Director and VP level roles to drive approvals.
Responsibilities
- Define the short and long term roadmap for GenAI on Adobe Stock, and partner with a cross functional team of Engineering, Program Management, Product Marketing and other Product Management to implement deliver it.
- Be deeply empathetic to our customers while also deeply data driven to identify and represent their needs, define and prioritize your roadmap, set measurable goals, and build, learn, and iterate.
- Balance customer value delivered for the engineering investment.
- Communicate and evangelize, persuading and influencing others to support your plans all the way from the executive level to your peers.
- Gather, identify and synthesize information in a fast-paced environment with a landscape that is constantly evolving.
- Thrive in ambiguity and change; and be comfortable whether you don’t yet have enough information or have a mountain of competing data and asks.
