This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Waltham, MA office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of SaaS operations, including deployment, observability, automation, and incident management
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management.
Experience in Access Management, SSO, MFA, or security a plus.
Experience with AI-driven development.
Familiarity with LLMs and coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and how they can be applied to product management workflows.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Passionate about solving problems in innovative ways.
Detail-oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning through delivery, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Champion customer needs by shaping product vision, developing business cases, and prioritizing features and requirements.
Work closely with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable enterprise software solutions.
Clearly communicate product strategy to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
Identify and pursue new product opportunities and partnerships to drive ROI and business growth.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product Ops, and Customer Success to ensure timely product releases.
Monitor and report on success metrics, provide roadmap updates, and serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally.
Leverage AI tools, including LLMs and coding assistants, to improve product management workflows, prototyping, and requirements development.
