About The Position

We are building an AI-enabled Customer Growth platform focused on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across digital and omnichannel experiences. The organization operates at the intersection of: AI/ML-driven personalization, Experimentation and optimization systems, Customer data and behavioral intelligence, Recommendation and decisioning platforms, Lifecycle engagement and messaging orchestration, Omnichannel customer growth. Our mission is to create a closed-loop growth engine that continuously learns from customer behavior and optimizes customer experiences at scale. We are seeking a strong Product Manager to lead AI-driven growth and personalization initiatives across customer engagement ecosystems. This leader will own strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and execution for products leveraging behavioral signals, machine learning, and optimization systems to improve engagement, retention, frequency, and wallet share. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with analytical rigor, experimentation sophistication, systems thinking, and technical fluency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
  • 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Supervisory experience
  • Creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
