Requirements
- 10+ years of technical product management experience
- Experience building AI platforms, developer platforms, or enterprise infrastructure products
- Experience leading complex cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution
- Experience working in FinTech, blockchain, payments, infrastructure, or enterprise software companies
- Experience owning platform products used by internal developers or enterprise customers
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on highly technical products
- Demonstrated ownership of large-scale platform initiatives
- Strong product strategy and platform thinking
- Strong technical understanding of AI platforms, LLMs, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience building internal developer platforms or enterprise infrastructure
- Experience working with AI/ML systems and platform architecture
- Experience defining platform APIs, developer tools, and shared services
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, observability, and platform reliability
- Experience partnering with AI Engineering and Infrastructure teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven product decision making
- Experience with enterprise compliance, governance, and AI safety frameworks preferred
- Strong product roadmap development and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field required

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for the company's AI Platform
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI platform services, developer tools, and internal infrastructure
- Build scalable AI-native platforms supporting enterprise-wide product development
- Partner with AI Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to deliver modular AI services and APIs
- Drive technical discussions around AI architecture, model evaluation, system design, and platform scalability
- Develop AI governance, evaluation frameworks, observability, safety, and quality measurement systems
- Build AI-powered compliance automation and operational workflows
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to define platform strategy
- Define success metrics around developer productivity, AI adoption, operational efficiency, and platform reliability
- Leverage AI-powered product development workflows and modern AI technologies
- Mentor product managers while driving cross-functional alignment across large technical organizations
- Own AI platform initiatives from strategic vision through enterprise-wide deployment
