You’ll work on cutting-edge Applied AI products while shaping the platform foundations that make secure, scalable AI possible at enterprise scale. Within Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI), we operate as Customer Zero, designing and delivering AI-powered products that reshape how Okta Secures AI and inform what we bring to market. You’ll own the full lifecycle of AI-native enterprise products, from 0->1 innovations to 1->N scaling them into company-wide capabilities. You'll balance rapid experimentation with disciplined execution, building AI experiences that fundamentally change how work gets done.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, with 2+ years shipping AI/ML products in production
  • Track record taking products from idea → MVP → broad adoption
  • Experience building AI-powered products with LLMs, agents, or RAG
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and how to apply them to real problems
  • Ability to balance speed and quality, knowing when to experiment vs. standardize
  • Experience building AI evaluation frameworks and measuring quality
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and storytelling skills
  • User empathy and ability to translate complex workflows into simple experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance
  • Understanding of AI operational economics (costs, latency, quality tradeoffs)
  • Experience with agentic system design

Responsibilities

  • Discover and validate new AI use cases (0→1 innovation)
  • Build and ship AI-native experiences: agents, copilots, workflow automation
  • Scale proven products into reliable, reusable capabilities (1→N)
  • Define quality metrics, evaluate AI performance, and drive adoption
  • Partner across IT, HR, Finance, and GTM to ensure real business impact
