You will be the internal voice of the customer, the driver of AI adoption, and the accountable owner for enterprise-wide AI and automation product strategy. (Internal position title: Program Manager III)

Requirements

  • 5 years in an IT environment, including 2 years in a managerial role or 1 year as a Program Manager II.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in AI, automation, or enterprise platform product management

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem — including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Studio (agent creation, knowledge sources, connectors, governance)
  • In-depth experience with Power Platform — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse including governance, COE operations, and citizen developer enablement
  • Proven track record of business value realization: building and tracking KPIs, ROI models, and executive reporting tied to AI/automation investments
  • Strong change management and adoption experience — including communication planning, training strategy, stakeholder engagement, and cultural enablement

  • Deep understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise compliance frameworks
